The Prevent & Perform membership is designed to do just that.

Acting as a monthly movement check up, this is your time every month to evaluate your body’s needs and get the guidance you need to stay healthy, progress skills, achieve fitness goals, and optimize recovery. Sessions are tailored each month to your goals and may include manual therapies, mobility work, accessory strength & conditioning programming, or video movement analysis. With the goal of providing you a clear focus until your next session.

Visits are 1-hour and 1-on-1

Receive a plan targeting your specific needs that month

Email/text access to your physical therapist

**12-month commitment adds 4 bonus 30-minute wellness sessions to be used at anytime
